The Executive Office Administrator provides administrative support to the CEO and Leadership Team. Coordinates travel arrangements and meeting/event facilitation, including scheduling and planning. This position performs a wide scope of administrative and clerical tasks including research and preparation of reports, recording and transcribing minutes, and drafting correspondence. The Executive Office Administrator works independently and establishes priorities, organizing workload to complement the needs and deadlines of the organization. Creates a friendly, cooperative impression on visitors/customers, staff and others. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience necessary to perform the essential functions of the job is required, as well as 3-5 years’ experience managing executive office administrative functions, projects, and serving as a liaison for executive level management, preferably in a medical administrative setting. Must be highly detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, organization, and computer skills are required.
