The Residential Treatment Floor Assistant, as part of the substance use disorder treatment team, is responsible for developing respectful, professional relationships with clients that assist them in being successful in their journey to recovery in the residential setting. The Residential Assistant Floor Assistant provides for the safety of clients, oversees medication calls and other activities in the residential setting, coordinates client medical and other appointments, and provides transportation. Requires high school or GED, valid driver’s license, computer skills, excellent customer service skills, and a desire to work with a low-income, diverse population dealing with addiction.
